The book brings knowledge about oats and especially recipes for its use in the preparation of great healthy meals, breads, sweets, cakes. Oats have a rich nutritional value. So far, many of us have used it only as oatmeal for breakfast, and in the new recipes we learn about many other uses of cereal, e.g. oat “milk” (oat drink) is becoming increasingly popular, which is used perfectly in confectionery and cooking. There are 45 recipes for delicious dishes in the book, so it will certainly contribute to increased use of oats and the development of new, healthy dishes. The book is bilingual, i.e. Slovenian and English and can be a very nice gift to friends at home and around the world.
