The book has almost 50 recipes for different types of bread (buckwheat, barley, oat, rye, potatoes, garlic, cracklings, wine, mushrooms, etc.). We also learn how to avoid the most common baking mistakes, how to bake with lees and how to make a bread using a bread machine. Some of the recipes are also gluten-free. The full text of the book is bilingual, i.e. Slovenian and English.
