More and more people are experiencing gluten intolerance or celiac disease, which requires a strict gluten-free diet. Consistent adherence to the diet of patients fortunately does not limit the preparation of delicious meals. You can now find the preparation instructions in this book that includes recipes for different types of bread, pastries, desserts, snacks, main courses and side dishes. Gluten-free dishes were aesthetically captured by the renowned master of photography Tomo Jeseničnik.
